Riva Blu offers a delightful slice of Italy right in Birmingham! The ambiance strikes a lovely balance between cosy and upscale, perfect for a romantic night out. I started with the mouthwatering garlic bread and the aubergine salad - absolute winners! For main, I tried the Spaghetti Scarpariello; while I found it on the milder side, the quality of ingredients was undeniable.

The dessert, especially the lemon-shaped treat, was a refreshing finale!

A charming experience overall, though I wished for more bold flavors... 🍋
