Rise & Shine Nutrition is truly a gem in St. Joseph! 🌟 I visited for the first time and was immediately welcomed by the friendly owner, Michelle, who introduced me to regulars. I ordered the Abba Zabba shake, and it was absolutely delicious!

What impressed me most was Michelle's in-depth knowledge about nutrition - she tailored a tea and protein smoothie just for me since I can't have sugar or coffee.

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for families or students. I can't wait to return for more tasty shakes and maybe even a back massage on a Wednesday! Highly recommend! ❤️✨
