Rimon Bistro had a casual yet cozy vibe that made for a relaxed dining experience. I particularly enjoyed their small plates; the chicken liver on toasted pita was a standout, rich and savory. Portions are generous, so sharing is a good idea, especially with friends. The service was friendly - notably from our waiter - but it could get a bit noisy during peak hours. While they offer a variety of kosher options, I found the pricing just slightly higher than expected for some dishes. Overall, a solid choice if you’re in Jerusalem! 🍽️
