I've been to this place a few times and it's, well....okay.I've lived in this area for over 10 years and this is perceived as one of the better places but really it's not all that good.The service is mediocre, the food is reasonable but overpriced, the installations are, well average.It's not a place you would say "Wow! That was great! We must go back".It tries to be classy but falls well short.There is a hole in the roof with a light hanging out of the ceiling and a fully set table underneath (See photo).We had the croquettes (all bechemel sauce and no ham), and the patatas bravas, although original in their presentation (See photo) were €8 for basically one or two deep fried potatoes.The Kentucky chicken was quite tasty but the rest was pretty average.I would expect better from a much less "classy" place and would pay about half as much as well.Dirty glasses, server (not a waiter by any stretch of the imagination) stretching across everyone at the table, pushing past our chairs to get to the next table instead of walking round the empty table behind us, cold food when it should have been warm.....It just wasn't a good experience.If you have the chance to try another place, and there are many good restaurants in this neighbourhood, it might be your best option.

Ordered the Arroz Negro (black rice) Paella.It was pretty good despite looking scary! There was squid and shrimp in it and it was big enough to share between 3 people.*Note: minimum 2 people to order this dish
