Excellent food and amazing place with pleasant and refined details while being very modern at the same time! The waiters make an effort to speak english and to understand you too but you really have to know some basics and know what to order in Spanish in order to survive! We had an amazing night and I will definitely go there again when I fly to Madrid next time!

I have been here and to the other ones several times, my experience has always been excellent, however the one at Felix Boix yesterday was pretty average as they were busy and could not attend properly.
I asked for my stake to be done in a certain way and it was completely ignored by the staff... Even the quality was mediocre which is extremely rare at De María especially given the price you pay...

Very good and really big steaks and delicious patatas soufflé.
Steaks looked like 400-500 grams.
Cooked exactly as we wanted.
For steaks chapeau bas.
Gazpacho as starter and drinks after - so so.
Free pink champagne.
Cake though pretty bad.
Almost all waiters don’t speak English.
Overall good experience, it’s elegant fine dining restaurant, and serves great steaks but prices seems to be high (especially patatas soufflé).
