Restaurant Martin Wishart is a culinary delight situated along the scenic Shore in Leith. We opted for the four-course menu, and each dish was beautifully crafted - from the smoked lobster to the delicate halibut ceviche. The presentation was spot-on, making every bite a pleasure. Service was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance for the evening. While wine enthusiasts may find the list a bit lacking, we enjoyed a lovely bottle of champagne.
