We had a superb dinner here.Surpassed expectations.Everything was excellent.The meatballs we had were wonderful.The chicken dish was very good.The wine was outstanding and service was excellent throughout.The restaurant was buzzy and staff were friendly and clearly proud of what they were doing.Our best meal out on our Berlin trip.
Cozy and welcoming restaurant for any time of the day. Newly decorated interior with comforting atmosphere and large sun facing windows.It was nice to come inside from the cold and sit with the sun on our face.I also enjoyed the diversity of ongoing meals as on one table there was a duo of friends enjoying some tea, on another an elderly man eating cake whilst reading some news, a man enjoying some warm soup and Us having lunch mid afternoon. The Schnitzel was great, the best I’ve had in Berlin.Large portion with lots of fries. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Lenzig was great, thank you so much!
Friendly and quick service.Flammkuchen was delicious even thought it wasn’t traditional.Ravioli was pretty good but the carrot purée definitely needed salting. Cheese cake was just kinda ok.The sauce and walnuts felt like it belonged to a separate dish. Would come by again to try the schnitzel as it looked good.Prices were surprisingly fair for the venue as it does look quite upscale.The draft beer was ok but nothing to shout about.
