Very good house made spaetzle with very good cheese. Though the menus said „speck“ we got prosciutto. Asparagus specials were absolutely delicious. The soup was made with sliced white asparagus, lemon and mellow seasoning in.Cream base, and the typical asparagus with potatoes and hollandaise sauce was as expected. Service was attentive and convivial.
Da Vida is nestled at the end of a quiet road on the outskirts of Berlin. The restaurant backs up to one of the canals & is adjacent to a very small car ferry: the view is wonderful and with a Yatch club near by, you’ll see recreational towers & sailing boats. The outdoor seating is tiered to afford all leaves a view. There was nice cool breeze the day I was there & I surprised to find cozy blankets draped over the chairs.I settled on a glass of champagne & a mozzarella salad. Both were fine, the salad was topped with only three pieces of basil & to me basil makes a mozzarella salad, however the mozzarella was very fresh.This was a great place to dine alone, the ferry provides amble people watching!
Beautiful restaurant directly on the ferry crossing! Stopped by for a gelato and coffee.Gelato was AMAZING.Inside is very elegant.Outside seating looks over the havel.Great hidden spot.
