I recently visited Restaurant Boustan, drawn by the promise of authentic Lebanese cuisine. The falafel bowl was quite enjoyable, boasting good flavors, although the texture was a bit grainy for my liking.

The shawarma bowl, however, was disappointing - the meat had a burnt taste, and the undercooked rice didn't help. 🥴

On the plus side, the potatoes and fattoush were quite flavorful, and the garlic dip was a highlight. A mixed experience overall; I might hesitate to return...
