I live nearby this restaurant and thought I would give it a try since they’re located near the Spree River.Lo and behold, this hidden gem offers an unforgettable dining experience.The serene river view is truly the highlight, providing a spot that's perfect for a relaxed meal.The star of the menu is undoubtedly their beef tartare—expertly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and simply the best you'll find in Berlin.The ambiance is intimate and charming, with attentive service that makes you feel right at home.Whether you're looking for a romantic evening or just a special meal with friends, this riverside treasure in Schöneweide is a must-visit.
Nestled on the side of the river Spree, this restaurant boasts a sun terrace that cannot be easily matched on a sunny day.The two servers were pleasant with one admitting that he has poor English so he got his Asian colleague to handle the orders.The food we had was quite nice though I admit that the fish and chips I expected were the British type (with a full fish) instead of the bite sized 4 pieces that I got.I expected more competitive prices, but their sun deck kind of made up for it.

Hi David, thank you for your nice visit.We also usually use whole cod loins for fish and chips.But these were not available so we switched to fillets.The correct goods will arrive again next Tuesday.As far as prices are concerned, please find out about taxes and duties in Germany.But it's still cheaper than the UK.I hope to see you again in the sun and with a whole fish.
