Stumbled upon this culinary spot at Birmingham College of Food and was pleasantly surprised. The ambience is spacious and calm, perfect for a peaceful dining experience. I decided on the lamb for my main - what a revelation! Tender, rich in flavor, and complemented by a delightful gravy. The student staff, under the watchful eye of their mentors, served with impressive professionalism. With three courses for just £30, this dining experience exceeded all expectations... Can't wait to return! 🍽️
