I recently dined at the Republic of Texas Bar & Grill in Corpus Christi, and it was a delightful experience! 🌇 The ambiance was cozy and upscale, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.
I couldn't resist trying the scallops, which were plump and flavorful, alongside the tender venison paired with delightful Cumberland sauce. Brittany, our server, was exceptional - attentive and knowledgeable.
Although the steaks came without sides, the caramelized brussel sprouts were a wonderful surprise! Don't skip dessert; the portions were just right. The views of the gulf at sunset made it all the more memorable... I can't wait to return! 🍷✨
