Remember Spirits & Restaurant has quickly become my go-to spot for delicious Chinese food in Portland! 🌟

During my latest visit, I enjoyed the pan-fried BBQ pork bao. The bun was both tender and crispy, a delightful texture combination! The crispy cumin tofu surprised me with its rich flavor, proving this place knows how to elevate simple dishes.

The staff is incredibly warm - my server even shared Halloween candy with me! 🎃 I can't recommend the soup dumplings and scallion pancakes enough, either. If you love authentic Chinese cuisine, make sure to stop by before the next busy rush...!
