I recently visited REFUEL Energy Bar & Kitchen, nestled conveniently in the Westside Recreation Centre. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. I tried their natural smoothies - absolutely delicious, filled with real fruit! 🍓 The breakfast options also stood out, and I appreciated the healthy menu choices.

While prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality makes it worth it. Just a heads up, they do close pretty early, which is a little inconvenient... Overall, it's a nice spot to energize your day!
