Red Pony truly captures the essence of modern American dining in Franklin. The cozy yet upmarket vibe made our dinner special, especially as we celebrated a birthday. I savored the shrimp and grits, which had a wonderfully rich flavor profile. The dessert - a light and zesty lemon tart - was a perfect ending. Don’t skip the coffee; it’s fantastic! The staff was attentive, making our experience even better. Just a heads-up, reservations are advisable... Can't wait to return! 😊
