Red Pepper Express food truck offered a delightful experience! 🌟 I tried the gobi Manchurian, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced, just like I requested. The chicken lollipop was pleasantly massive and tender, paired with a flavorful masala that had me going back for more.
While the wait was a bit longer than expected, the generous portions and budget-friendly prices made it worth it. Plus, the outdoor seating adds a lovely casual vibe. I'll definitely swing by again for their spicy Szechuan dishes soon!
