I've made several visits to Red Ginger Dimsum & Tapas, and it's quickly become a favorite in Asheville! The spicy chicken packs a flavorful punch, while the sautéed string beans are a must-try - probably the best I've ever had!

On my last trip, I also indulged in the pork dumplings, which were delightfully juicy. Though the portions could be a bit larger, the consistent quality and welcoming service make up for it. Can't wait to return for more delicious dim sum! 🥢
