Diverse Chinese-American and meat-vegan menu options.
I tried the vegan Szechuan spicy cabbage and tofu.
Tofu can be battered and fried or unbattered.
Carrots, cabbage, onion, red peppers and sauce were well portioned, aromatic, and paired well with Tsingtao beer.
Service was welcoming.
More seating available than meets the eye when walking in, as Ruby Chow’s bar adjoins Red Dragon with indoor and outdoor seating.

Had a pretty good time here, szechuan chicken and egg drop soup were on point and we enjoyed a large sake among ourselves as well! Much better than the downtown location!
