Rancho's Taco Shop And Seafood is a delightful gem in Escondido! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the fast service and cozy atmosphere.

The shrimp tacos were a standout - perfectly crispy and loaded with fresh toppings. I also indulged in their flavorful nachos, which were just the right amount of cheesy!

Lovely mom and pop Mexican Cafe.
They have an extensive menu and the food is pretty good.

I loved the Mexican style ambiance and the music.
Service was kind and friendly.
The owner of the restaurant, who happens to be the cook, is sweet and shows experience on Mexican cuisine! I got a crispy vegan burrito, which was delicious, flavorful and very well cooked.
The red sauce they serve with the chips was not too spicy and went perfect with the burrito. They definitely offer some vegan options such as tacos or vegetarian fajitas! I highly recommend it!
