Rancho Alegre is a cozy gem in Aurora! 🌟 I visited for dinner and was immediately charmed by the vibrant decor and friendly staff. The service was lightning-fast, and I appreciated that they included chips and salsa with my takeout order - the salsa was delicious!
I tried the grande combo, which featured a chicken taco, shredded beef burrito, and a crispy chile relleno. While the beef had good flavor, the chicken was a bit bland. The real highlight was the molé enchiladas, which were absolutely divine!
Great drink selection too - can’t wait to return! 🍹✨
