Ramen Bones offers a cozy retreat in Kapolei with a delightful ramen selection. I tried the Charsiu Ramen, which came with a generous helping of toppings. The broth had a bold flavor, though I found it a touch on the salty side. The pork was decent but could be more tender.

Service was impressively fast, making it perfect for a quick meal. The casual atmosphere made it inviting, albeit a bit chilly inside... I might just opt for takeout next time! 🍜
