Fast food restaurant, American restaurant, Chicken restaurant, Hamburger restaurant, Sandwich shop
I came thru and not only was they short staff but it was to the point they had someone who 1.Wasn't even employed and 2.Won't even be getting paid for their services.I truly hope they don't let this place stay open because everything I come thru there is always 1 to 2 people working even thru a rush.If you can not fully staff a place and work your schedule to where your employees are not so tired and out ran by the customer flow then you should not be running a store.The GM or hire up either need to find a new job or get better at their job.You can tell none of the workers even enjoy their jobs.Either they don't enjoy it or something has to be going on at that store because I have never seen a whole crew of staff always look sick and like zombies it looks like they're on drugs or something is effecting them badly.
I was sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes.Once I ordered and moved up in the line and got near the side entrance, I smelled Marijuana.As it turns out the manager and one of the employees were smoking a blunt.I seen this while the door was open and deliveries were being made.They made no effort in hiding it.

Went thru the drive thru today for lunch.I was greeted by the automated ordering system.I ordered a "Big Buford combo, Large with a coke.Also an extra medium fry".When the automated system gave me my price, I knew it did not take my order correctly.When I got to the window and could get the cashier to take a break from her singing to the music playing in the store, I told her I don't believe the system got my medium fry on my order, which they did correct for me.When I got back to work, I opened up the bag and had two medium fries, not the large fry and extra medium I ordered.Then I opened my big Buford. To my surprise, not a single piece of lettuce made it on the sandwich, I had a tiny sliver of a tomato and a non existent sliver of an onion. And since when did they burn the top of the buns on the flat top? Needless to say this is not what I expected for a $10 combo meal.Never again at this Rally's.
