September 26, 2024Rally's might be a staple fast-food spot, but my recent visit has me feeling mixed. I ordered the Big Buford combo with extra fries, excited for a quick lunch. The fries were hot and delicious, no complaints there! 🍟
However, I was disappointed when my burger arrived without any lettuce, a charred bun, and the fry order was incorrect. The automated ordering system definitely needs an upgrade to get orders right.
Long wait times due to short staffing were noticeable, but the staff was friendly enough to correct my order without fuss. Hopefully, they can improve on these issues... 🌟
