Reviews

The service is always so friendly and the speed at which you get your food is insane, and it was fresh! I ordered, had gotten my drink and didn't even put on the lid before our 6 piece meal was ready. I prefer to go during the afternoon right after the lunch rush, so it's not too busy.

Their pieces are so small and they charge $2 per piece.
I got some pieces that were literally 1-2 bites in size.
I specifically asked for decent size pieces.
They said they gave me the best they had.
I told them they needed to train their employees to toss those out because this is a big rip off.
This happened so many times this year.
They only care about money.
This is the branch in Irving, TX off MacArthur and 635.
I'm done with Cane's!

Never eaten inside can’t judge their atmosphere. However I do frequently order for my staff of 50 employees.
And have yet to be disappointed until today. My order was scheduled before the store opened today and set for 11:30am as all my previous orders.
Today however they had not even started my order til past the order time. My staff lost out on their lunch time and I have still not arrived back to the hotel with the food. Will not be chancing this again… Order # 27148565475164161 & Order # 27148709625348098 Both for today.
