Ragin Cajun Cafe offers a delightful escape into the world of true Southern flavors. I had the crawfish etouffee, which was rich and peppery, brimming with tender tails. The fried catfish appetizer was a highlight - perfectly crispy and not overly breaded, letting the fish's natural taste shine.

The casual outdoor seating created a pleasant vibe, although I found the half po'boy special's timing misleading - it ended earlier than listed. But overall, I left satisfied and eager to try their famous seafood boil next time! 🌶️
