This northern girl has come down south and put the hurt on some southern cooking.
Grilled pork chops were fantastic.
Tender with lots of flavor.
All the meats are cooked to order.
This is is an off menu request that was done perfectly.
The sweet potatoes tasted like they were baked with sugar and butter then grilled to perfection (but they were cooked on top of the stove).
The cabbage was so good I can’t describe it.
The cornbread muffin is slightly sweet and a little moist.
Let me close by saying… I ordered another dish to take home.

If I could give them zero stars, I would I ordered DoorDash.
Let’s say the food taste is terrible.
It literally taste like nothing.
The oxtail doesn’t look like nothing on the picture matter-of-fact none of the food looks like the pictures.
The greens were very salty.
The mac & cheese had no flavor whatsoever not even salt and pepper.
The oxtails taste like nothing but meat no flavor.
The only thing that was good to me was the Kool-Aid and it could use a little more sugar.
Highly do not recommend.

My wife and I just dropped by and decided to get takeout .
The food was delicious.
I can say that the cabbage and collard greens were seasoned perfectly .
The young man who worked the front was pleasant and even opened the boxes before we left .
They should be proud.
I had the catfish and some of my wife's pork chops .
Once again , seasoned great and portions generous .
I highly recommend this gem .
We were told they opened 2 years ago , my only regret is I had not noticed this place long before ! I recommend and will visit again !
