I was recently in Houston and had the opportunity to dine at Prosperity Park Galleria.
The atmosphere was really nice and the food tasty.
Our server, Jada J made the experience even more memorable.
She was very courteous, professional and committed in taking the time to ensure our experience was one worth remembering in a positive manner! I am definitely going to dine there again when in the city.
Additionally, I have told my friends to check the restaurant out!

We waited over 45 minutes for a server then the manager, Jamarcus, told us he would have walked out.
Very rude and unprofessional!!! The server who eventually came was pleasant but the food we ordered came out cold even though you can tell if it was piping hot it would have been good.
Don't get the macaroni and cheese, it was awful.
Stick to the catfish and shrimp.
I would not go back!

The customer service here is really bad.
If you want good service I would suggest sitting at the bar.
The food here is really good and they have specials throughout the week.
They do tend to run out of items tho.
