Proof Canteen truly showcases the essence of fine dining at the Four Seasons. We opted for the patio seating, where the view of Pinnacle Peak made our evening special. The pretzel knots are phenomenal - definitely a must-try!

Our server, Autumn, was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I indulged in the orange cranberry pancakes, which melted in my mouth. Although the fries were a tad overcooked, the staff promptly replaced them with fresh ones.

Can’t wait to return for more delightful meals! 🍽️
