Tried this for the first time recently.
The food and service were great.
I would do either the all AYCE sushi or BBQ or both.
Food comes out rather quickly so be prepared.
Also, BYOB.

The halal menu has loads of meat options.
You need to come here on an empty stomach.
For about $45 per person they do not skimp out on the portions.
You can order as many times as you like.
There are lots of side options as well! Would definitely come back and cant wait for the grand opening in Astoria NYC!

The food was good.
It’s a plus that it’s halal.
They don’t have as many meat options as other places do.
They are heavily dependent on the sides.
The sides are what make this worth it.
But you’re not going to Korean bbq for sides.
You’re going for the meat options. In my opinion, the food isn’t worth $40/person.
Also, they charge a 20% gratuity automatically.
Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem.
But I sat there for the first 15 mins with no water.
After finishing my water, the waiter/waitresses never refilled the water.
They just kept walking past it until we asked for water.
The restaurant loses 1 star for that reason. My biggest complaint is that we were rushed between ordering and paying.
I don’t appreciate the fact that we were rushed on both parts.
And that’s where this restaurant lost 2 stars. Would I come here again? Not sure.
Given the fact that I was rushed on my first visit between ordering and paying, I’m not so sure about it again.
