I recently discovered Prep'd, and it’s become my go-to spot for healthy meals! The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a relaxed lunch. The chicken noodles are simply amazing - so delicious I had to lick my bowl clean! 😋 I also love their Curried Mutton on Fridays; it's just packed with flavor. Kirsty is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Great value for fresh, nutritious food; I can't recommend it enough!
