I did not know what to expect, but I was no let down.
We had BRISKET chile.
We also had some macaroni, coleslaw, and the potato salad.
Everything came with pickled onions and pickles.
Now the brisket was good, I ain't gon hold you.
It was a little dry, definitely not the best I've had in my life, but the sauces were good and the overall meal was good.
They even made us fresh mac n cheese.
I liked it, didn't love it.
I'd eat every dish again for sure, may I'd try the burnt ends or the chopped brisket instead of slices.
Now...
what really did me in was the dessert.
They made this fried cheesecake that is easily in my top 10 world dessert.
it was warm and had almost a cottage cheese type texture/consistency, with some honey on top.
ooooooh it was so good.
if it had a little citrus or may some fresh fruit, that would take it from A to A+. There was also live music and an outdoor patio area.
Shoutout to Ashton who recc'd the cheesecake over the bread pudding.

this is some of the best BBQ I've ever had.
A buddy and I are doing a cross country road trip and knew we had to get some real Texas BBQ along the way.
Let me tell you right now this spot made me believe. The brisket was perfect and tender, the slaw was excellent, and their house BBQ sauce is on point.
I don't think I've ever had my BBQ come with fresh pickled vegetables and a warm tortilla and now I don't think I can ever eat BBQ any other way.
