Received a coupon in the mail went to go get the coupon.
Items waited seven minutes when no one was in the drive-through line received the food.
Chicken is smaller than normal.
Cold.
Only received one of the 2 biscuits.
There was hardly any macaroni in my regular size macaroni and they had an 82 for inspection score.
If you want good value go to Arby’s.
They carry a 100 and staff is ultra friendly Won’t be back I advise you not to waste your time or money at this establishment.

Should've believed the other poor reviews.
We ordered $70 in food for a family meal and placed it 20 minutes before arriving at the restaurant.
The store was not busy at all but they told us to pull ahead so they could cook some chicken. After taking our to-go food to our family event, the biscuits were completely missing from the order as well as several sauces that we had to pay for.

Absolute worst at being a “fast” food restaurant.
How can someone always be out of chicken? There is no wait to order… but pull up and be told 3 mins and park with the other 5 cars waiting.
Currently, I have been waiting 15 mins for a simple order with Chicken!! Just got my food at 18 mins after paying and am short HALF my food.
