I try to give them benefit of the doubt because they are on my way home, but today is my last straw they are a bunch of lazy people, they over cook your chicken and most of the time its old chicken.
They serve you old jalapeños that they never change out and they always have an attitude about something.
I have been going here for the last 2 years and they have had better people there in the past.
I'm sick of it...
we pay to much money for them pieces of miniature legs, thighs and wings.
This is my last time getting home only to be so disappointed.
Don't worry about calling they don't answer the phone.
They definitely need to shut down and start over because they are giving Popeyes a bad name.
They need obviously better leaders I'm guessing...

First they gave me the wrong order.
Then they left items out of my order.
While I'm waiting in line, the young lady at the counter (her name started with a G) told this man, I tried to ask you while ago but you were playing on your phone.
He was trying to show her his order and she scrunched up her face, rolled her eyes, and said can you wait, because I tried to help you and you were playing with the thing.
That's so rude and distasteful.
That is not how you treat customers.
They didn't give me a straw either.
I would overlook this but y'all need to do better.
Prices are too high for y'all to be forgetful and rude to people.
The gentleman should've asked for a refund.

This location has the worst service.
Jenny at the window is incompetent and hates her job.
Her customer service shows it.
We tried to complain to the manager and she was just incompetent!! She didn’t care about our bad service, and didn’t try to resolve or correct it.
Don’t go here, they will literally ruin your day.
I’m taking this higher to district manager.
She didn’t care enough to make it right, but I do.
