I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for lunch, and while the atmosphere was casual and welcoming, my experience was a mixed bag.

The customer service was commendable, especially Ms. Cora, who went above and beyond to ensure I received a fitting substitute when my online order wasn't available. 👍

However, despite being the only patrons, we waited longer than expected for our chicken fingers and fries. The food was decent, but the chicken lacked flavor, which was disappointing. The biscuit, though, was delightful!

Overall, I appreciate the staff's effort, and I may give it another shot... 🍗
