September 18, 2024Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Glendale is a classic choice for some Cajun comfort food, but my recent experience was mixed.
The spicy chicken was indeed tasty, and I absolutely loved the buttery biscuit! However, the service was a bit chaotic. I had to wait quite a while in the drive-thru, and when I finally received my meal, they mixed up my order.
I really wish the staff would focus more on customer experience... Despite the challenges, I’ll probably return for that crispy chicken! 🍗💨
