I have ordered in drive thru , the lady who is taking orders she is shouting at me .
She is not polite.
I asked for 4 piece chicken but she charged me for full meal and she just threw me 4 piece chicken and just biscuits on my face and close the window I waited another five minutes for her to open the window and then she was yelling at me you did not ask for the other side . This is one of the worst customer service ever I seen my life .
I hope management of this store please look in to this and make sure please give best customer service for what we are paying for .
We are not taking anything for free .

I believe this is the worst Popeye's on this side of town it was time for break and things were not in order 😕 at all !!!!! There were no biscuits ready, had to wait on chicken I requested two thighs and a leg, I was told they don't sell 2 thighs and a leg I had to order a three piece however much that cost I can't remember off the top of my head how much they gave me my order I get in my car heading home and opened it and there was one thigh one breast and a leg.
I turned around and went back the lady who was behind me was just getting in her car.
I went in and requested two thighs and a leg.
He took my bag give me two thighs and a leg and one thigh was from another batch a chicken not fresh out the grease he reprimanded the girl for not cleaning under the stand there stating he found food up under there from the night before so he wanted her to repeat her chore when they closed.

Everyone was so nice.
Store Manager I believe her name was June was tremendous.
Professional, food hot and wait time was 5-7 minutes.
I definitely will be going back real soon..best Wings in Chicago.
