I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Carnegie Ave, and while the chicken was as delicious as ever, the service left much to be desired. 🍗

I ordered a family meal that was supposed to be a crowd-pleaser - the 16-piece chicken combo with large fries and mac and cheese. Unfortunately, they were out of wings and cole slaw, and I ended up with spicy chicken instead of regular.

The wait was long, and the staff seemed quite overwhelmed and not particularly friendly. The mac and cheeses were tiny and lacked flavor, and the biscuits were rock hard! 😟
