Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I hadn't had Popeye's in a hot minute but it sounded amazing for lunch today.
I ordered the tenders meal with cajun fries and a biscuit.
Juicy chicken- excellent in the buttermilk ranch dipping sauce. I also tried a side of coleslaw and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy.
I loved the mashed potatoes with gravy, definitely a comfort food.
😋 and of course, the meal wouldn't be complete with out the fabulous strawberry lemonade!

Food was typical Popeye’s.
Good taste but small pieces of chicken and sides.
Cashier took my order and handed me my drink cup.
I watched him take 10 more orders and then hand the people their food almost immediately over the course of fifteen minutes.
I finally went up and asked about my order and he didn’t even remember taking it.
I told him what my order was and he gave it to me instantly.
It turned a half an hour lunch break into an hour.

Got a 5 peice tenders combo.
Chicken was very fresh.
Mashed potatoes were very hard and dry I even asked for extra gravy which I didn't get.
Biscuit was not cooked all the way.
While I was there an older male, cook I believe, was arguing with a customer about what they ordered, saying that the customer did not receive what he was saying he received.
Just give the customer their food that you either messed up on the order or not.
Do NOT argue with the customer on something such as this.
You don't have to admit guilt but either way make it right.
Arguing in front of other customers, to a customer is a huge deal to me.
I will NOT be coming back here based on the treatment of this other customer.
I work right down the street, but would eather conduct business elsewhere.
My coworkers will be told this story of how NOT to act.
