My husband and I have been here twice (tried to give them a second chance) and the wait time was completely horrible.
They were so behind on orders, waited 20+ minutes for our food inside hoping to not wait in the long drive thru line, the first time and that was a mistake.
Stood there watching 2 or 3 employees scrambling around while one kept sitting down not helping her co-workers and a couple of managers standing in a room just talking while everyone else is stressed trying to take care of business.
The back looked filthy and then as I finally got my food the only cook went out for a cigarette break while everyone is still running around like headless chickens.
The food was good that night.
The second time ate here, we ordered on the app and my husband still had to wait 15 minutes for food again.
We don’t live far and my husband brings the food home - the chicken was overcooked and tough.
We got the wrong side and everything was cold.
We attempt to call to complain and the lady said we had to use the mobile app to fix it.
I put in the complaint and nothing was ever done to fix the issue.
I don’t know why this location can’t get it together but we will never be back.

Verne was such a cool breeze! Was patient with us! Plus gave us the expectation that there was a gonna be a wait in the food.
Brought our food out with a smile and told me to have a great day and see you next time! Can’t ask for a better Popeyes experience

As much trash as I talk about fast food, even Popeyes, due to prices: this particular location is always a good experience.
Carolyn has a great team, and so does the lady with the chicken keyring.
😁 Literally, every single person here seems genuinely personable, and that makes all the difference, for me.
I won't go somewhere if I don't like them.
- the same goes for the gas station next door, except the have better prices BURN ;)
