I recently visited Pollo Tropical and was pleasantly surprised! 🤗 The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I opted for the Tropic Chop with brown rice and boneless chicken - it was flavorful and hit the spot! My friend tried the avocado cilantro chicken salad and loved it too.

Adrian, our cashier, was exceptional; he checked on us multiple times and made us feel valued. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and it seems they’ve truly improved since my last visit a few months back. I'll definitely return for more deliciousness! 🌟
