I stopped by Pollo Tropical recently and decided to try the Tropichop bowl. It had a nice variety, with juicy grilled chicken and a burst of fresh toppings. However, the service felt a bit disorganized - my friends wanted fried yucca, but we were told it wasn’t available, even though it was on the menu! The atmosphere could use a bit of upgrading as well. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement... 🍽️
