Poki Bowl is a gem in Prosper! ✨ I recently tried their sushi bowls and was impressed by the fresh ingredients and generous toppings. I went for the large bowl with a base of mixed greens and three protein options - super flavorful, but the base could have used a bit more freshness.

The atmosphere is casual and clean, making it perfect for a quick lunch break or a relaxed dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the welcoming vibe. Patrons can enjoy some outdoor seating, too!

While the prices are a touch on the higher side at $18.25 per bowl, the quality is worth it. I’m excited to return for more tasty poke bowls!
