So it’s really unfortunate that I’m having to leave this review because we loved this place and they have great food.But we have had CONTINUAL issues with our orders being wrong.We live a 20 minute drive away so it’s not at all convenient to bring the food back when it was reiterated time and again on the phone but the person taking orders when this happens has a language barrier.I tried every way to say it.She repeated back to me and seemed to understand.But somewhere between our call and the kitchen…something is lost because it’s continually wrong.It’s not even a hard request.A bean burrito.But every time we end up with a beef burrito.And then I’m told by an employee that they’ll figure it out and then they don’t bother to return call.My family was spending $60-120 a week in this establishment and now that will go out the door for them because of quality control and customer service issues.It’s a shame.I strongly desire to support local businesses but not like this.It’s a two way street. The food is great…just don’t rely on your order to be right.
Great service. Great food. Also, chips & salsa were perfect. Can be a little loud when the big crowd is there, but other times it's just right.
