September 13, 2024I stumbled upon PJ's Coffee in the Shaw Center for the Arts, and what a cozy gem it is! ☕️ The praline and cream latte was a delightful treat, perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. I also enjoyed the ham & cheese croissant - simple, yet executed well with fresh ingredients.
The atmosphere is casual and great for solo work sessions; I loved the outdoor seating option. Although it seemed a bit understaffed during my visit, the barista was friendly and did his best. Overall, a lovely spot for coffee lovers in downtown Baton Rouge! 😊
