I Get A Notification My Food Is Ready Then Get Here They Cant Find The Order Or I Have To Wait A Whole Hour… Twice My Order Was Just Completely Wrong I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN ! And The Manager Is Horrible Just Walking Around Sweating Lost In The Sauce

The last two times I have ordered the pasta that comes with breadsticks, they have forgotten the breadsticks.
Are your employees not aware this is included or what? And when I call customer service they're trying to tell me they can't deliver just breadsticks because they're not over a certain amount?? Ma'am what?? I already paid for them.

The 1st order was burnt and didn't have the pork topping 2nd try was not burnt but still no pork topping and just tasted off
