I ordered a pepperoni pizza on line went directly to pick it up.
They gave me not only the wrong pizza but you could tell it had been setting for a long time in the warmer.
I took it immediately back in and basically they sad to bad.
The pizza was inedible.
I reordered the correct pizza went back in and they had”forgotten “ to put it in the oven and had to sit and wait.
Seriously this place has gone down hill.

I ordered a pepperoni lover and meat lover for the 12.99 special up to 10 toppings...
very disappointing the amount of topping used.
I recommend to ppl to ask for triple pepperoni or all 10 topping available in meat lovers toppings.

I have begged for years for Pizza Hut to get a decent online ordering.
If you have to change 1 thing it removes everything you have entered.
Even though on entering my new credit card, it did not keep it.
I spent 30 freaking minutes trying to order online, gave up & called.
Pizza Hut, if you care about your business you have to get into the 21st Century.
Your online ordering system is 1990s.
You should be embarrassed to have that kind of system.
P.S.
you overcharge.
Never again.
I give up.
I gave up months ago & removed your app from my phone.
Now I'm going to Magpie Pizza.
Adios Pizza Hut.not that any of your people will bother reading this.
You definitely don't care about customers.
