Arrived to pick up a carryout.2 young men entered ahead of me.
The rest was empty.The 2 men must have been known by the crew exchanging greattings.After several seconds of there exchange the crew member went back to work.No one had asked if I needed something.
After a few more min.the crew member came out asking if I needed help.I said I have a carryout he check saying it was not ready.5 min later a young lady came out asking if I needed help.Tell her my name she turned and got it from the warming oven.It had been there before my arrival!!! 10 min.After I payed her I asked to speake to the mamager.She went to the back to get her.I over heard some conversation again several mins.
When the manager appeared in the kitchen she was In no hurry to talked to me.
I told her to forget it I will contact Corp.I told he customer service SUCKED.I have 15 years on retail and this has to be the worst I have every experienced.
By the way the manager was out side talking to a man when I can in.One customer never to return to PIZZA HUT . .

Ordered a Supreme Pan Pizza, it was NOT DONE, crust was under cooked, cheese was not melted and l couldn't even eat it, just NASTY.
Was told it would take approximately 30 minutes when I ordered in the restaurant.
I waited and when I ask about it the staff didn't even know what I ordered.
I will never go back and will advise others not to even bother.

If I can give zero stars I would always a long wait time for food and now my first time delivering and they say I never played a order but they charged me 41 dollars and I waited over a hour before contacting them because the app said it was being prepared...never again
