Pita Xpress Mediterranean Grill

The food here is very good! The Jerusalem mix and Shwarma plate are delicious! The workers are very nice the food is very flavorful.
We will definitely return

On my way out of Oakwood Plaza in Hollywood, my brother and I stopped at Pita Xpress for a pita sandwich.
I had the "young chicken" (grilled chicken thighs) and he chose the shawarma sandwich.
You get a choice of lots of veggies plus hummus (I ask for it on the side) and tehina sauces.
For a few bucks more, you can make it a combo with a drink and fries.
They also have a salad bar with several pickled vegetables and fried pita strips, which I'm addicted to.
All in all, this has been my favorite pita sandwich/Mediterranean food restaurant since it opened years ago.
I love it and will be back.
