If you’re in Burlington, don’t overlook Pingala Café on North Ave! I had the Buffalo Crunch Wrap and it was bursting with flavors, paired delightfully with their house-made Jalapeño aioli. The vibe is cozy and the cheerful staff truly enhances the experience. My friend, who isn't vegan, was pleasantly surprised by how much she enjoyed her meal, too!
