She wanted more information and to let me know how much she cared about our experience.
She even provided a gift certificate to give the restaurant another go as she stated they are diligently working to fix the issue.
Totally impressed and excited to give it another go! Management can really make a difference.
Will update once we try again. We had such high hopes for this place! We chose it for the location, as it’s at a harbor with beautiful views.
The location was spot on and exactly what we wanted.
Our waitress was super busy but still managed to get us everything we needed with a smile and grace.
But the food! It was horrible, and frankly almost inedible! I had the fish dinner and it was dry and tough, the flavoring was so heavy that it would best to be described as a salt lick.
My mother had the salmon and it was cooked so much it was almost white! She had to give up on chewing it half way through her mouth got so tired….
on fish! My husband had the fish and chips and that seems to be what they make there that tastes good.
He was super happy, unlike the rest of our party.
So when we go for the view, we will definitely only order the fish and chips.
I know this place is a chain, but Waffle House does better!

Perfect laid back atmosphere with 5 stars food! Menu has an abundance of fresh seafood options.
Vegetarians options as well.
I usually ask to hold or replace the meat or seafood.

The fish was great but the french fries were not very good.
Kind of tasted like they needed to change the oil and they were not very hot.
I had the grouper sandwich and that was good.
I recommend getting it with a side of the Cajun sauce.
We couldn't sit outside because they were doing work on the door and it was a little noisy part of the time but they made up for it with a complimentary cheesy crab dip.
