I found Pilots Bar & Kitchen a handy stop at Terminal 5 during a layover. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, perfect for grabbing breakfast. I opted for the Turkish eggs, which were fantastic - definitely a highlight! The salmon tartine was decent, though I wished the bread was softer. The service was quick, which is a blessing when you're in transit.

A good spot if you're looking to refuel before a flight, just keep your expectations in check regarding portion sizes. 🥚✈️
